WorldStrides Vendor Expo: October 23-25

Join us in Charlottesville, VA for networking and socializing with the WorldStrides Account Managers who promote your sightseeing opportunities to hundreds of thousands of student travelers each year. The 2023 WorldStrides Vendor Expo will be held October 23 – 25, 2023.

Hotel Information:

You will be staying at the DoubleTree Hotel Charlottesville, located at 990 Hilton Heights Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901. This is also the location of the Expo sessions, so if you wish to send materials in advance of the Expo, please ship them to this address. Make sure to note your name and your check-in date on the address label. Packages may not arrive before Friday, October 20.

The DoubleTree offers a complimentary airport shuttle for participants who will be flying into the Charlottesville-Albemarle airport. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please call the DoubleTree at 434-973-2121 upon your arrival, and they will send a shuttle for you.

Lastly, if you wish to arrive in Charlottesville a day early, rooms will be $150 each for the evening of Sunday, October 22. Please contact Pam Sullivan no later than Friday, September 15th if you would like to book a room for Sunday night.

Expo Details:

The Expo will be a great opportunity for you, our valued partners, to network with WorldStrides’ Account Managers and to share information about what your programs have to offer student groups. You may bring any materials that you would like to share with members of our team.

Your booth will be 80 square feet and will be outfitted with a table and vendor banner. Your final itinerary, provided in your welcome packet, will indicate the length of each session. We anticipate that you will have approximately six minutes to share your programs with each of our 57+ Account Managers.

Finally, the dress code for the Expo will be business casual during the Welcome Reception and Expo sessions, but for all other activities (including the wine tour and other evening activities) it will be casual.

Please do not discuss any pricing information with the Account Managers. 


Pricing Information: 

$1,200: Single Attendee (single hotel room)
$550: Each additional attendee (shared hotel room)
$850: Each additional attendee (single hotel room)
$150: Pre-event room night rate
