Groups signing their Letter of Understanding/Tour Agreement and establishing a date for their upcoming Trip Information Meeting for families no later than advertised date qualify for the following early registration rewards:

Groups submitting their group deposit for a 2024 Festival at Carnegie Hall, Festival at Roy Thomson Hall, Festival of Gold, or Bowl games/parade program no later than June 30, 2023, qualify for the following spring early registration rewards:
- $500 Scholarship Reward – Scholarship credit applied to group invoice.
