Groups signing their Letter of Understanding/Tour Agreement and establishing a date for their upcoming Trip Information Meeting for families no later than advertised date qualify for the following early registration rewards for their 2025 travel program:
- $100 Agreement Reward
- To be redeemed as a scholarship (or credit towards the group’s invoice) or as an Amazon Gift Card.

- $1,000 Deposit Match Reward – applied upon submission of initial deposit for group-billed programs, or following 1 active full-paying participant for individual-billed programs. Scholarship credit for school accounts to be applied to your final invoice. No substitutions.
