Groups signing their Letter of Understanding/Tour Agreement and establishing a date for their upcoming Trip Information Meeting for families no later than advertised date qualify for the following early registration rewards for their 2024 travel program:
- $100 Agreement Reward
- To be redeemed as a scholarship (or credit towards the group’s invoice) or as an Amazon Gift Card.

- Allow 4-6 weeks for e-delivery of Amazon gift card. Valid email address must be provided.
- $250 Scholarship Reward upon confirmation of hosted Trip Meeting – Scholarship credit applied to your final invoice. No substitutions.
