Thanks to your hard working in making educational travel possible for your students, you have qualified for a free trip to Boston during WorldStrides’ Teacher Orientation Trip. You’ll join other science educators from all across the country for three days and two nights of hands-on scientific discovery in one of the most amazing cities in the U.S. You’ll have the opportunity to network with other educators, learn more about WorldStrides, see how a WorldStrides travel program works (before you have your students with you), all while having an amazing time bringing science to life. Best of all, this trip is completely free to you!
To secure your spot, simply complete this form and WorldStrides will take care of the rest. You must complete your registration by March 31, 2024 in order to secure your spot on the trip.

The event takes place Friday, April 26 – Sunday, April 28, 2024 and will include all the following amazing activities.

- Group Dinner at Fenway Park while we watch the Red Sox take on the Chicago Cubs.
Saturday, April 27
- Breakfast and Professional Development Session

- Free time to explore the city

Commonly Asked Questions
What is covered with this trip and do I have to pay anything? WorldStrides will cover the cost of your flight to and from Boston, your hotel accommodations, and the meals and activities stated in the above schedule. Any costs associated with baggage fees or additional meals or souvenir shopping are not covered by WorldStrides.
Can I arrive early or extend my stay? Yes, WorldStrides will work with you on your flights to arrive early or to extend your stay. You will be responsible for arranging any additional nights at the hotel and those costs will be your responsibility. Any other costs incurred for additional days/nights of the trip will also be your responsibility.
Am I allowed to bring a guest? This trip is for educators only and due to space limitations, only those teachers qualifying may attend the events and activities listed above. However, if you do decide to bring a guest, that guest is free to stay in your hotel room but they will not be able to accompany you at any of the meals or on any of the tours.
