WorldStrides Performing Arts Referral Promotion Terms & Conditions

Referral Program Terms & Conditions for Performing Arts:

This referral program applies to standard domestic Heritage Festival, Festival of Gold, Festival at Carnegie Hall, bowl game & parade programs, and custom domestic performance tour customers (formerly Brightspark).

  • Referring Director must be an existing customer with WorldStrides with travel history within the past 5 years in order to qualify for rewards.
  • Referred Director/Teacher must not be an existing customer with WorldStrides in order to qualify as valid.
  • Referred Director/Teacher must be from a different program/group than referring Director.
  • Director is responsible for accepting rewards as applicable to their own school, city, and state rules. Points may always be redeemed for WorldStrides travel scholarships that can be applied to student travel packages or to the group travel cost on future travel programs.
  • Where Points program is unavailable (like Canada), an alternative scholarship reward may be provided.
  • The $1,000 scholarship for the Referred Director/Teacher applies to overnight travel programs only.
  • The $1,000 scholarship for the Referred Director/Teacher only applies towards their first travel program with WorldStrides.
  • Referred Director/Teacher must travel within 2 years of referral submission in order to trigger incentive redemption to Referring Director/Teacher and $1,000 scholarship for first travel program, and can only be referred once during that time period.
  • Maximum of ten total (or 250 Points) rewards allowed for qualified valid referrals per referring Director/Teacher.
