Virtual Hang-Outs and Professional Development Opportunities

Join us this summer for a series of interactive virtual events and professional development sessions with other WorldStrides Program Leaders.

As your partner in education, we’re excited to offer our Summer Virtual Hang-Out Series and Professional Development Series to continue building new knowledge, sharing strategies, and learning new tools to start the school year right.

Our Summer Virtual Hang-Out Series is an opportunity for program leaders to gather with other educators and learn about new and exciting topics related to experiential learning, travel, and education.  Come prepared to engage and ask questions. Each session will be led by a member of our WorldStrides Team.  Teachers attending these sessions are eligible to earn 1 professional development point/hour.

Each week we will also feature a formal Professional Development Session, led by a member of our Curriculum and Academics Team.  After attending, participating, and completing an independent mini-course post-session, teachers will be able to earn 5 professional development points/hours.

That could add up to a total of 17 professional development points for attending all sessions!
