WorldStrides Referral Terms and Conditions

  • To receive any of the rewards associated with referral submission that were stated in the promotion communication you received from WorldStrides, the following conditions must be met:
    • Referral name must be validated by WorldStrides in order for you to receive any rewards.
    • You must have spoken with the teacher about WorldStrides prior to submitting the referral.
    • Referrals that already exist in the WorldStrides database are not valid.
    • No mailing lists or contact list will be accepted.
  • To receive any of the rewards associated with referral travel that were stated in the promotion communication you received from WorldStrides, the following conditions must be met:
    • Referral is taking their first trip with WorldStrides.  Referrals that are existing or past WorldStrides travelers are not eligible.
    • Referral completes their travel prior to June 30, 2021
    • Referral name is the person who is actually leading the travel program; referrals that are chaperones, co-program leaders, or other adult assistants that are traveling with you or on another trip are not eligible.
    • Referral must have completed his or her trip with WorldStrides before rewards will be distributed.
  • Only referrals submitted on or before October 31, 2019 will count toward the referral rewards of this promotion.
    • All rewards will be awarded or posted to your WorldStrides account within 4 to 6 weeks of promotion end date.
  • A completed survey submitted by October 31, 2019, that contains the names of at least 3 other teachers will enter you in a drawing to win a $2,500 WorldStrides Travel Scholarship.  Scholarship drawing will take place on or before November 22, 2019.  The scholarship will be applied to the Program Leaders account and can only be used to offset the program price of their trip.
  • WorldStrides complies with federal guidelines for reporting income to teachers. Program Leaders are responsible for knowing and complying with state laws and school policies regarding acceptance, disclosure, and use of financial rewards and prizes. WorldStrides reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equal or lesser value.
