Please complete the form below immediately after holding your meeting. Make sure to submit the names of the families that attended your Parent Meeting to your WorldStrides representative. If for some reason, you are having difficulty seeing the form, you can access it here: HERE.
Terms and Conditions: Travel dates must be between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 to qualify. Rewards for invitation distribution and parent meeting attendance will be granted based on the successful completion of the activities outlined above and the submission of the accompanying form on WorldStrides’ website no later than December 31, 2023. All monetary rewards are one-time payments that will be mailed within 10 business days of form receipt. WorldStrides complies with federal guidelines for reporting income to teachers. Program Leaders are responsible for knowing and complying with state laws and school policies regarding acceptance, disclosure, and use of financial rewards and prizes. WorldStrides reserves the right to substitute gifts of an equal or greater value.
