TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To qualify for your 2020 WorldStrides rewards, simply follow the guidelines below.
Trip Size and Distance: Each student that travels on your program earns you Rewards Points. The number of Rewards Points per student is determined by the number of hotel nights of your program, the relative distance of travel, and whether you are traveling by air or by bus. In addition, rewards may be dependent upon when students register for the program, with maximum Rewards Points being awarded during the early registration period. Large group bonus points may be available. Specific rewards thresholds can be found at worldstridesrewards.com.
Program Leaders are responsible for obtaining a valid passport prior to departure. New or renewal passports can take up to ten weeks to process. Visit travel.state.gov for more information.
All trips include round-trip flights, hotel, airport transfers, and some meals and sightseeing activities.
Scholarships can be used as early as your Fall 2019 WorldStrides program.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Your program travel dates must be between August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
Only full-paying travelers count toward your rewards.
Discounted participants do not count toward rewards. Participants must be registered by the registration deadline as stated in your registration letter.
Registrations received after January 31, 2019 will not count toward your rewards.
DEPOSITS
An initial deposit per person (as stated in your trip information letter) and full registration must be made by the registration deadline.
Deposit amount cannot change for incentive groups at any time.
